Beginners can use both hands to catch the dye. Pros should only use one hand to catch the dye. If you want to make it even more challenging, have players hold a drink in one hand and only catch with their free hand!In traditional (on-land) beer dye, the defending team has to wait until the die rolls off the edge of the table to catch it. However, because bounces are trickier to catch off of our inflatable table, we recommend letting the defending team catch the die as soon as it hits the table. In traditional beer dye, you aren't allowed to "trap" the die against your body (pin it between your hand and body). If the die hits you, you have to catch it once it bounces off of you or hold your hand flat below your chest or stomach and let the die roll into your hand. Feel free to get rid of this rule to suit your skill level.
